HAVE YOUR DRAINED YOUR COMPRESSED AIR TANK RECENTLY?

This is a big one ! How important is it to regularly drain your hair tank ? ITS CRITICAL !!!

Compressing any air creates condensation that sits in the bottom of your air tank and that why they all come with drain valves, its not to empty the air but to drain the water out.

Question: What happens it I don’t drain the water out of my airtank?

Answer: Well its pretty simple, there is a good chance your air system will fail and you will breach the terms of you warranty, even worse you will be stuck somewhere without air.

Think about it ! the more water in the airtank the less room there is for air, but thats not going to really let you down. Its when the moisture is blown into your air valves, lines and other components it creates a real problem.

Valves will fail, they don’t like moisture also your air lines will fill with sludge, not good for fittings.

It’s just a recipe for disaster so be diligent, turn the tap and drain your air tank before you unnecessarily drain your pocket replacing components.
