Every good air suspension kit should have a high quality air tank to store the air produced by the air pumps. Most air tanks on the market are going to require you to run valves externally, meaning you will have more to deal with during install and more plumbing that will be visible. Our patented ENDO-VT™ valve integrated air tank provides a cleaner install by having the valves integrated into the air tank. This allows for quicker installs and an overall nicer presentation in your trunk, truck bed, or anywhere else you choose to mount your tank. The ENDO-VT also represents AccuAir’s next generation of solenoid valve technology that includes VFC™ (variable flow control) in addition to D.O.T. approved fully filtered and rebuildable FFPTC (fully-filtered push-to-connect) fittings.
About ENDO Tanks
AccuAir’s ENDO-Tank product line is the result of years of engineering accomplishments and represents the largest leap forward in air tank technology for 100 years. The system allows tanks to be built modularly with all precision machined aluminum components and with a bolted construction. As a result, these tanks are weld-free and leak-free. Ports are machined directly into the solid aluminum body and are flush with the outside of the tank. Modular construction allows the end-caps to be removed allowing for never before imagined feature combinations to go inside the tank. These tanks are offered in raw aluminum.
What Size Tank Do I Need For Air Suspension?
One of the most common questions surrounding air suspension air tanks is “what size tank do I need for my air suspension kit?” Most air suspension systems are going to utilize a 3 gallon or 5 gallon air tank. The size you will need will depend on how often you plan on using your air suspension and the type/quantity of air compressor you are using. If you plan on airing out every chance you get, you may want to get a 5 gallon tank to store more air for quicker operation. Our ENDO tanks are offered in 3 gallon and 5 gallon options.
The 3 gallon ENDO air suspension tank dimensions are: Length: 18.312″ Height: 6.625″ Diameter: 6.625″
If you are wanting to get your vehicle to a certain height for parking, driving, or racing, you can simply use AccuAir’s Height+ TruPosition Height Sensors. These Height+ sensors provide accurate leveling regardless of load. You can pre-program 3 heights for lowered, ride height, and raised. These sensors allow you to get straight to the height you prefer without having to pulse your valves for quick and easy adjustments. These sensors can be added on to your kit and come standard in our Ultimate and Premium air suspension packages. You can add this kit to your existing e+ Connect system to transform your e-level+ system into a height-based air management system. Use the e+ app to see real time height data sent straight from the sensors to your phone.
Straight-To-Height
Let’s face it, most people running air suspension systems know exactly how they want their vehicles to sit when parked, driving, and raised. There is no reason to always be pulsing your valves to get the perfect height each time you want to get to a certain level. AccuAir’s Height+ upgrade allows for straight-to-height programming to allow you to get to the exact level you want each time for up to three different positions.
TruPosition Height Sensors
This Height+ Upgrade utilizes TruPosition technology, exclusive to AccuAir, to ensure that you get your perfect ride height every time no matter the load. This is great for those who may carry more passengers than normal or have heavier loads at times. These sensors are going to be some of the highest quality sensors on the market, giving you the most accurate height-based management that air suspension has to offer. Pick up a set today to complete or upgrade your AccuAir e-Level kit and enjoy stress free, accurate ride height adjustment at the push of a button.
AccuAir knows the importance of a high quality valve manifold and that is why we have developed the VU4 valve manifolds for your air suspension systems. This VU4 valve manifold is a 4 corner manifold, meaning that it is designed to inflate and deflate 4 individual air springs. The VU4 manifold is outfitted with ¼” NPT fittings on all ports for easy installation of your air suspension system plumbing.
At AccuAir, we are all about ease of installation and keeping things clean. On the VU4 manifolds, you will get a high-quality, weather-proof plug-n-play harness to help make your installation quick and get accurate wire connections built to last in the harsh under-vehicle environment. To add to the already high-quality construction, each of these valve manifolds will feature all stainless steel valve components. The robust internal solenoid valve architecture maximizes flow rates, provides bubble-tight sealing, and guarantees operation up to 200 psi for millions of cycles. These manifolds help to provide the cleanest installation possible while delivering the most reliable operation on the market today. Pick up one of the AccuAir VU series valve manifolds for your air suspension system and make installation quick and easy.
Overall size of the VU4 4-Corner Manifold (NPT): 5.28″ x 2.75″ x 2.75″
The ride height sensors on the AccuAir e-Level kits utilize a 2 piece system which includes the actual sensor, and the plastic arm that mounts to the top. Oftentimes, a malfunctioning ride height sensor may not require the full sensor to be replaced, only the arm. Instead of having to purchase the whole sensor, AccuAir has made it very simple to replace just the arm with this direct replacement ROT-120 plastic arm replacement.
This plastic arm simply bolts in place of the factory arm for a quick and easy replacement to get your air suspension system working properly again.
For those who are wanting to inflate and deflate their airbags to certain pressure settings, the AccuAir Pressure+ upgrade is going to be the solution. Similar to our Height+ sensors, the Pressure+ upgrade allows for pressure-based control within your ePlus app. This system uses the e+ ECU and can be enabled in the advanced settings in the ePlus app.
