30-Day Returns & Refund Policy
At Boss Air Suspension, we want you to be confident with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, our returns policy gives you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Change of Mind or Incorrectly Ordered Products

Returns for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong product are accepted within 30 days.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A 20% restocking fee applies to cover handling and inspection.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect Products Supplied, Faulty or Damaged Items

If we supply the wrong product, or if your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

You may request a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Claims must be lodged within 30 days of delivery.
How to Lodge a Return

Contact our team at sales@spoolimports.com or 1300 855 161 with your order number and details of your return.

We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Once received, items are inspected. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (excluding any non-refundable shipping or restocking charges, where applicable).
Exclusions

Products that have been installed, used, or modified are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned for change of mind.
