Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST are normally processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after this cut-off or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and FedEx (TNT).

  • The carrier used for your order will depend on product size, weight, and delivery location.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times vary by destination. Metro areas are generally 1–3 business days, while regional and remote areas may take longer.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

  • From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

Click & Collect (Local Pickup)

  • Pickup location: 18 Ereton Drive, Arundel QLD 4214

  • Orders placed before 3:00pm AEST are normally available for collection within 1 hour (subject to stock availability).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID when collecting.

International Shipping

  • At this stage, we only ship within Australia. Please contact us directly if you require an international order.

Delays & Liability

  • While we aim to deliver promptly, unexpected courier delays may occur outside of our control.

  • Boss Air Suspension is not liable for delays once goods have been handed to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with Australia Post or FedEx (TNT) to resolve the issue quickly.
