Accidents happen, especially during the installation of parts where something as simple as a bolt being too tight can cause a part to break. AccuAir knows that not every install can go perfectly, so we offer replacement parts to make sure that you can complete your install with hard to find kit components to replace damaged parts. Our ENDO series air tanks are equipped with quick-release mounts that are mounted to the bottom of the tank to allow for easy access and removal. These plastic quick release mounts can be damaged during install or over time, so we offer direct replacements to keep your air suspension system operating as it should. This kit includes 1 replacement ENDO tank quick release mount and two replacement bolts to get it mounted to the tank.
AccuAir knows the importance of a high quality valve manifold and that is why we have developed the VU4 valve manifolds for your air suspension systems. This VU4 valve manifold is a 4 corner manifold, meaning that it is designed to inflate and deflate 4 individual air springs. The VU4 manifold is outfitted with ¼” NPT fittings on all ports for easy installation of your air suspension system plumbing.
At AccuAir, we are all about ease of installation and keeping things clean. On the VU4 manifolds, you will get a high-quality, weather-proof plug-n-play harness to help make your installation quick and get accurate wire connections built to last in the harsh under-vehicle environment. To add to the already high-quality construction, each of these valve manifolds will feature all stainless steel valve components. The robust internal solenoid valve architecture maximizes flow rates, provides bubble-tight sealing, and guarantees operation up to 200 psi for millions of cycles. These manifolds help to provide the cleanest installation possible while delivering the most reliable operation on the market today. Pick up one of the AccuAir VU series valve manifolds for your air suspension system and make installation quick and easy.
Overall size of the VU4 4-Corner Manifold (NPT): 5.28″ x 2.75″ x 2.75″
Every good air suspension kit should have a high quality air tank to store the air produced by the air pumps. Most air tanks on the market are going to require you to run valves externally, meaning you will have more to deal with during install and more plumbing that will be visible. Our patented ENDO-VT™ valve integrated air tank provides a cleaner install by having the valves integrated into the air tank. This allows for quicker installs and an overall nicer presentation in your trunk, truck bed, or anywhere else you choose to mount your tank. The ENDO-VT also represents AccuAir’s next generation of solenoid valve technology that includes VFC™ (variable flow control) in addition to D.O.T. approved fully filtered and rebuildable FFPTC (fully-filtered push-to-connect) fittings.
About ENDO Tanks
AccuAir’s ENDO-Tank product line is the result of years of engineering accomplishments and represents the largest leap forward in air tank technology for 100 years. The system allows tanks to be built modularly with all precision machined aluminum components and with a bolted construction. As a result, these tanks are weld-free and leak-free. Ports are machined directly into the solid aluminum body and are flush with the outside of the tank. Modular construction allows the end-caps to be removed allowing for never before imagined feature combinations to go inside the tank. These tanks are offered in raw aluminum.
What Size Tank Do I Need For Air Suspension?
One of the most common questions surrounding air suspension air tanks is “what size tank do I need for my air suspension kit?” Most air suspension systems are going to utilize a 3 gallon or 5 gallon air tank. The size you will need will depend on how often you plan on using your air suspension and the type/quantity of air compressor you are using. If you plan on airing out every chance you get, you may want to get a 5 gallon tank to store more air for quicker operation. Our ENDO tanks are offered in 3 gallon and 5 gallon options.
The 5 gallon ENDO air suspension tank dimensions are: Length: 29.312″ Height: 6.625″ Diameter: 6.625″
On air suspension systems, some items may have to be replaced or serviced over time depending on how much you use your system and what type of climate you are in. Our eLevel+ kit utilizes ride height sensors to read where your vehicle currently sits to give you accurate readings in your e+ app. These AccuAir e-Level sensors feature a plug and play design to make them fully replaceable if you have one become damaged or start to malfunction. This sensor is a direct replacement for the sensors found in all e-level kits and will help get your air suspension system functioning properly again.
This is a sensor only, the linkage and hardware are not included.
